How do I know I need to replace the ignition coil?

Hey there! I've been noticing some weird things with my car lately and I'm wondering if it might be the ignition coil. My car has been misfiring, especially when I accelerate, and sometimes it feels like it's struggling to start. I've also noticed my fuel economy has gotten worse, and there's this rough idle when I'm stopped at traffic lights. The check engine light came on too, which is making me worried. How can I tell for sure if I need to replace the ignition coil, or could it be something else?
