Can I drive my diesel with a bad glow plug?

Hey there! I was wondering if it's okay to keep driving my diesel car when one of the glow plugs has gone bad. I'm noticing some issues with cold starts - the engine seems to struggle a bit more than usual, especially on chilly mornings. I'm worried about whether continuing to drive like this could cause more serious damage to the engine or if it's something I can put off fixing for a little while.
