Oxygen sensor part numbers such as 22690, CD700, and AX000 are often encountered for Infiniti FX35, M35, Q45, and QX56 vehicles. These identifiers may represent original equipment or aftermarket manufacturer references, so the correct sensor should be confirmed against the vehicle’s year, engine, sensor location, connector, and wiring configuration. For newer model-year vehicles, OBD readiness monitoring is transitioning toward the UDS/ISO 14229 communications used by SAE J1979-2. Oxygen sensor readiness monitors must complete their self-test before an emissions inspection can be considered ready. Always verify the replacement sensor’s OE interchange and ensure it supports the required OBD communication standards.
