Right side, right years
Order by year and side, never by the photo. The bezel shape changed with every ES fascia.

The bracket is the tell. The fifth-generation part bolts to a bracket behind the fascia. Your 2013-2015 ring just clicks into the opening.

How the swap goes
You do not have to pull the bumper cover. Owner write-ups on the 2013-2015 Lexus ES350 reach the clips through the front wheel-well opening.
You need little more than a plastic trim tool and a jack or ramps. Work warm, because cold plated plastic cracks at the clips.
- Turn the wheel to full lock, or remove the front wheel on the side you are doing.

- Press the old ring's tabs in with the trim tool while you ease the ring forward.

- Sight down the bumper for an even gap, then check that the lamp still lights.
